More Photos from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic Party US Legislators
Site plans for the financier's personal tropical island included in the images.
Also included in this latest document disclosure is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had created plans to transform the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an performance venue, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is marked up in notations in red and contains a legend detailing distinct areas of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what seem to be nine other site drawings and architectural plans, such as designs for marina coverings.
Further documentation made public as part of the current oversight release.
